Founder’s Packs are a great way for the community and developers to get involved in realising a shared vision of the game, benefiting both parties.
Founder’s Packs are packages of rewards, such as access to closed betas and unique in-game items, that are purchased by players with the proceeds going directly into development. This way, a developer is supported, the quality of the final product increases, and fans who want to show their support are rewarded with cool gear and the chance to test the game.

What are the unique contents?
The unique items are only available to the game’s founders and will show other players the support of the founding player.
Pets and skins do not give special buffs or increase stats.
Pets and siege skins can be selected in the inventory.
- The Piggy Pet and Whaley Pet follow the founder by flying.
- The Alpaca Pet follows the founder by jumping.
- The Dragon Cannon Skin can be used on a siege weapon by activating it in your inventory.
- The Gold Certificate can be placed in your personal house building blocks, it is a special thanks document in a high-quality frame.
- The Founder’s Arch can be placed on your personal land and is a unique visual decoration.
Can I use the unique content on all characters I create?
Yes, you can use your unique content on all characters you create with your account.
Can I purchase multiple Founder's Packs?
Yes, you can purchase more than one Founder’s Pack. But you can only redeem one Founder’s Pack per account.
Can I upgrade my Founder’s Pack?
Not at the moment, we will communicate the possibility of an upgrade in the future.
How do I access the game as a Founder?
As a founder, you can access the game with the special launcher that you can download from our website.
If I buy a Founder's Pack, do I get the game on Steam?
As a Founder, you will receive a key to use on our launcher and not on Steam.
In the future, when we start v1.0 of the game, we will ask Valve to get keys for Founders to unlock the game on Steam.
How do I claim my Founder's Pack?
When you purchase a Founder’s Pack, you will receive an e-mail with a unique key to activate your rewards. If you do not receive the email or have lost the key, you will need to contact our support team.
I claimed my Founder's Pack key. Where are my Rewards?
The unique rewards in the game will appear in your account only when the game’s final version is released in 2023. Some items may be available during the closed beta for testing purposes.
If I buy the highest Founder's Pack tier, will I get all the title icons for Discord?
If you buy a Founder’s Pack you will only get the title icon for the pack you bought.
How do I activate my Founder's Icon on Discord?
Once you have purchased a Founder Pack you will receive two emails, one with the game key and the second is the receipt with the transaction number.
• Copy the transaction number.
• Go to Discord on our server CSO.
• Send only the transaction number as a private message to Yvee (bot).
• Yvee will confirm the activation and you will see the icon next to your Discord name.
What is Closed Beta?
The closed beta is the final state of the game during development and will be constantly patched. The main focus will be on polishing the game and getting the best version ready for release. Everyone who has purchased a Founder Pack will have access to the Closed Beta.
Will there be Open Betas?
Yes, we plan open betas on the weekends with prior announcement on our social channels and in the newsletter.
How do I play?
You need to download our launcher. Log in with your account via the launcher and click on Install Cinderstone Online.
Will you wipe all progress between tests?
During development, we try to not wipe the database. If there are exploits or errors we may wipe just some items or gold. Instead of wiping there may be some rollbacks.
When the 1.0 version is released we will wipe all progress and character of every account created.
When is Cinderstone Online planned to release?
Currently, we are planning to release Cinderstone Online in 2023.
